Use the Drop-Down List to choose the contest you are entering. The exec sec would normally have all contests
"setup" so all you would have to do is choose the appropriate contest. IF the contests are not setup,
you will need to enter the DATE and DEADLINE for the event you are entering. |

The box is a "container box" and the sample names need to be removed.
You can prepare your list in another program (word processor, etc), then copy and paste into the box OR you can leave
this box "empty" and attach a separate list (class roster, etc) of respective students to the FORM 1.
For FORM 1, the students grade in school is not necessary. Most regions require that the names be "alphabetical"
