The sample Drop-Down List is for Band events. Choral list would include = 931-Mixed Chorus, 933-Tenor/Bass Chorus, 935-Treble Chorus
Orchestra list = 921-Full Orchestra, 926-String Orchestra
Performing Group Type

Use the Drop-Down List to choose the type of group (Varsity, Non-Varsity, etc). Then use TAB key "or" MOUSE to move to next field.
Composite Group Check box for composite Use the "mouse" and CLICK on the box to indicate COMPOSITE GROUP.
Number of Students

Enter the total number of student members of the organization being entered.
Contest Name

Use the Drop-Down List to choose the contest you are entering. The exec sec would normally have all contests "setup" so all you would have to do is choose the appropriate contest. IF the contests are not setup, you will need to enter the DATE and DEADLINE for the event you are entering.
Contest Date

m/d/yyyy

There is a Drop-Down Calendar for you to use to enter the DATE of the event if the contests are not listed. IF you selected a contest (already setup by exec sec) from the "contest list", the Contest Date and Deadline Date will be filled in automatically.

When you click on the PML button, a Browse the PML page appears. Use the Drop-Down List to access the Grade Level (1,2,3,4,5,6) you are seeking. The respective list of selection will appear sorted alphabetically by composer. If you prefer to search the list by TITLE, click on "TITLE" and the selections will be listed alphabetically by title. Click on the Check Box to indicate the selection you want on the form. Example: If your selections are both in the same Grade, click the Check Box by both selections and then click on the box labeled CLOSE.
    The "Prepare Concert Form (FORM 4)" page reappears with the selections you chose in the proper fields. Move the cursor into the Composer/Arranger field and then the Title field for entering the information for the MARCH or selection of choice.
    After entering the three selections to be performed.... click SUBMIT button.

Click on "Submit" button! The FORM 4 will appear and can be printed and mailed to the respective person. And that's all folks with regard to preparing a FORM 4.
