ENTRY PROCEDURES

(The above items must be received by the Executive
Secretary at least 30 days before the contest)
2. FORM 2: At least 30 days before contest
prepare your marching entry forms (FORM
2) via the “Online Entry” procedure
(Can be accessed through Region 16 website). The Executive
Secretary will print all Form 2’s.
3. FORM 1: Form 1 may be sent with other forms if final eligibility is determined. It must be in the hands of the Executive Secretary or Contest Chairman prior to your performance time. This form must be signed by your principal or superintendent.
4. **Note:
After completing your online entry, click on “Review Entries”, then
click “Print Invoice”. Mail this Invoice with your entry fees prior to the entry deadline.
