TWIRLING ENTRY PROCEDURES
Region 16
ALL CLASSIFICATIONS, 1A – 5A, WILL COMPETE AT LOWRY FIELD ON

FEES: $8.00 for each soloist and per member of each ensemble.
**Note: Late Entry Fee: $25.00 + the $8.00 entry fee ________________________________________________________________________
I.
COMPLETE ONLINE ENTRY (By September 20)
1.
FORM 3: One Form 3 for each soloist and each
ensemble should be prepared via the “Online Entry” system. The
executive secretary will print all Form 3’s – Do not mail.
2.
FORM 9: The Form 9 is prepared after you have
completed “online entry”. The Form 9 is
accessible by you and the executive secretary.
It is not necessary to send with your other forms. It is recommended that you produce a REVIEW
ENTRIES report for your use in checking student information.
II.
MAIL to EXECUTIVE SECRETARY
1. INVOICE: Send the Invoice from the “Review Entries” link.
2. FEES: $8.00 per soloist and ensemble member must be mailed with the Invoice.
III.
MAIL or BRING to CONTEST
1. FORM 1: Executive secretary or Contest Chairman must have a copy of your signed Form 1 before your twirlers perform. If your twirlers are competing on the same date as your marching band, one Form 1 will suffice.
