WHAT TO SEND: MARCHING ENTRY |

1. |
SEND ONE COPY FORM 1 - List the entire "eligible" membership of the competing parent organization in alphabetical order. This form must be in the hands of the CONTEST CHAIRMAN prior to your students' performance. It is not necessary to send this form with your other forms and fees. This form MAY be sent with the other "forms". |

If your parents plan to video tape the contest performance, please remind them that they will not be permitted in the press box, judges' area, or the official filming area. There will be NO exceptions! PERSONAL CHECKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR ANY FEES
