REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

When a director elects to REGISTER at UILForms.com for UIL ONLINE ENTRY, use only ONE NAME in the field labeled DIRECTOR NAME.  The opportunity to place additional directors names during entry for organization events is now available when a director chooses FORM 2 - MARCHING or FORM 4 CONC/SR.

The "Additional Directors" field allows listing of co-directors, etc whose name needs to appear on the Form 2 or Form 4 for TMAA credits, etc.
