The purpose of this page is to provide the designated "contact person" and "prospective adjudicators" with information relative to employment as an adjudicator in UIL Region 2 for our regional music contests.

Note: All communication is via EMAIL including but not limited to the delivering of "confirmation contracts" for employment as an adjudicator in UIL Region 2.

CONFIRMATION CONTRACT (does NOT require signature of adjudicator) ( click here )
Following the initial contact by the designated "contact person", adjudicators that accept
an invitation to serve as a judge are sent a copy of this contract for their records and to
confirm the employment. The contract indicates the mileage rate, meal allotment, and a
brief explanation about lodging and the necessity of having "air travel" pre-approved.

travel mileage from an adjudicator's residence to the contest site. The information also includes
