Area B - Conference 5A [Region 5, 7, 24, 25] October 27, 2012 Clark Stadium - Plano, TX Marching Contestant PACKET & General Instructions ( click here ) BandPit Props Traffic Flow ( click here )  Clark Stadium Traffic Flow ( click here ) Local Area Traffic Flow Pattern ( click here ) INFO abt VERIFICATION MEETINGS  ( click here )*.doc CVP Video Synchronization License Form ( click here ) PRELIMS SCHEDULE ( click here ) RESULTS ( 5A Prelims & Finals ) DRUM MAJORS need to remain in uniform for the special presentation which will follow the last band’s performance in prelims and then later in Finals.  This ceremony will take place out on the field, and will include recognition of all participating bands.  ALL drum majors should be involved with this important part of the contest experience.  DRESSING ROOMS will NOT be available for bands.  You may use the normal restrooms located on the concourse but there will be no special designated rooms for students to change.  You will need to change on your own.  GOOD LUCK AT AREA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
