FEES: $385 per organization (all bands) [ includes video of performance ]
This fee includes all State and Region Fees. Do NOT add $10.00 State Fee.

FORM 2s are prepared via the "ONLINE ENTRY" procedure and will be printed by the executive secretary.

WHAT TO SEND: MARCHING ENTRY (Must be "postmarked" or "in-the-hands-of" the exec sec 30-days prior to the first day of the contest! ALL REQUIRED FORMS WITH FEES ATTACHED!)

1.

SEND ONE COPY FORM 1 - List the entire "eligible" membership of the competing parent organization in alphabetical order. This form must be in the hands of the CONTEST CHAIRMAN prior to your students' performance. It is not necessary to send this form with your other forms and fees. This form MAY be sent with the other "forms". (FORM 1 INSTRUCTIONS click here)

SEND ONE COPY STATEMENT of COMPLIANCE (signed by director) (click here)

SEND ONE COPY ANNOUNCER'S SCRIPT (click here)
The script should be mailed with other forms. If there is a change in the script, an updated copy can be delivered to the Pressbox on the day of the event.

SEND ONE COPY STATEMENT of INTENT for AREA MARCHING CONTEST (click here)
If a LETTER OF INTENT is not received with other forms by the contest deadline, the band cannot be included in the "certification to area" process.

If your parents plan to video tape the contest performance, please remind them that they will not be permitted in the press box, judges' area, or the official filming area. There will be NO exceptions!

PERSONAL CHECKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR ANY FEES

SUMMARY FORM with FEES ATTACHED and SPECIAL REQUESTS CONCERNING SCHEDULING and other REQUIRED FORMS
"MUST BE POSTMARKED OR HAND-DELIVERED 30-DAYS PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF THE EVENT".

 

 SPECIAL NEEDS CONCERNING SCHEDULING
Any special needs/requests with regard to scheduling must be included "IN WRITING" with your mailed forms and fees
