FEE SCHEDULE
2007-2008
(With the increases in honorarium by the UIL State Office going into affect
in 07-08, the region music executive committee increased organization event fee by $25 per organization.)
NOTE: Fees Due With Contest Entries and MUST be "postmarked
or in-the-hands-of the exec sec" 30-days prior to the first day of the contest!
- ORGANIZATIONAL CONTESTS:
- PER ORGANIZATION - Marching Bands, Concert/Sightreading Organizations
{Fee includes state fees, video or recording fee} $385.00
per organization
TOTAL FEE: $385.00 per organization
- Each organization director will receive a "CD" or cassette recording of their performance.

- SOLO/ENSEMBLE FEES:

Each ensemble member.................$ 8.50
MAXIMUM FEE for a Medium Ensemble is $85.00. If an ensemble is larger than 10 members, use 10 on
the Computation Form for number of members of that ensemble so that you will not overpay for Medium Ensembles.
This also applies to small ensembles larger than 10 members.
- NOTE: No State Fee Required For Solo/Ensemble Contests.
- Any entry submitted after the 30-day entry deadline (up to the day of the contest) is considered a NEW
ENTRY and subject to the LATE ENTRY schedule of fees. A form "LATE SOLO/ENSEMBLE ENTRY FORM" is available
on the Region 2 UIL Music website frontpage.
FEE for "late entry" will be $8.50 normal fee for each student PLUS
$? per soloist
and $? per ensemble member.
The FEES DUE for "new" or "late" entries must be paid PRIOR to scheduled performance. "NO
PAY…..NO PLAY!"
