REGION 21 ENTRY POLICIES

• Contest Entry Fees will not be refunded for entries withdrawn past the Entry Deadline. All entries will be considered an Official Entry after the Entry Deadline.
• Title changes will not be accepted past the seven day deadline posted in the UIL Constitution & Contest Rules. After the seven day deadline, a Late Entry must be submitted to the Region Executive Secretary, and all Contest Entry Fees and Late Entry Fees paid.
• Entries past the posted entry deadline may be accepted if the Region Executive Secretary, acting in behalf of the Region Executive Committee, determines that an additional entry will not disrupt the contest schedule.
• Late Entry Fees will be assessed, in addition to the Contest Entry Fee, as follows:

Organizational Events $100.00 per organization

Solo & Ensemble Events $7.00 per student

Solo & Ensemble fees are for each student in each event entered. MS S&E fees go to TMEA Band or Vocal Division MS Chair.
