Vestige Video DIRECTOR RELEASE FORM

The above link is to a .pdf of the Director Release and Copyright Information Form for the 2006 UIL Region 24 Marching Contest. The completed form is due in our office by September 20.

The cover letter includes a current list of Restricted Composers and Publishers. The band directors need to read this information carefully. Should they chose to perform works on this list, they will need to obtain all licenses and pay all fees associated. Vestige will take care of all synch licenses for music that is not on this list. This is the same procedure that BOA is using and has been approved by the UIL Office. Please remind them that they need to obtain a license to arrange and pay fees for any special arrangements they may be using.

Area and State forms will follow shortly. Sales table forms will be sent out in late August or early September.
