REGION 27 MARCHING ENTRY PROCEDURES

ENTRY DEADLINE: September 18, 2008

FEES: $425 (Includes video and state fee)

A: Form 2 – Marching Band Criticism Sheet

Form 2’s are prepared using the “On Line Entry” procedure and will be printed by the executive secretary.

B: What To Send:

1. 1. Form 1 (one copy).  List the entire eligible membership of the competing parent organization in alphabetical order.  This form must be in the hands of the Contest Chair before your performance.  It is not necessary to send the form with the rest of your entries.  This form may be sent or brought with you the day of the contest.

4. 4. One copy of the Statement of Intent for Area Marching Contest (click here)

5. 5. One copy of the Summary Form for Fees (click here)

6. 6. Check for entry fees (if not sent from district office)
