NEW INFO AS OF 3/16/04
A new feature has been added to the on-line entry system that will allow a director
to go into his/her entry and make changes without deleting the incorrect one and re-entering a new one. CHANGES
TO CONCERT/SIGHTREADING ENTRIES ARE ALLOWED UNTIL 7 DAYS BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF A CONTEST. AT THAT TIME THE LINK
ALLOWING YOU TO MAKE CHANGES WILL BE DELETED.
The procedure for making changes is as follows:
1. Log on to the system and click “Review Entries” for your contest
date.
2. You will see an underlined “Entry No. ________” – click there.
3. Make the necessary change(s) and click “Submit
Changes”
4. Notify UILRegion4.net by email what change you have made.
Remember that the 7 day deadline for making changes is not a new rule – only your ability to
make the change yourself on the system is new! Contest forms will be printed immediately after the deadline and
no more changes in program will be allowed.
For those of you using the on-line system to prepare your Form 1, you can edit your Form 1 by clicking the underlined
Entry No.

ATTENTION ALL DIRECTORS ENTERING CONCERT/SIGHTREADING CONTESTS:
THE NAME YOU USED AS “DIRECTOR”
WHEN YOU REGISTERED ON THE ON-LINE ENTRY SYSTEM IS THE NAME THAT WILL APPEAR AS “DIRECTOR” ON ALL OF YOUR COMMENT
SHEETS AND ON THE CONTEST PROGRAM. FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOU TYPED IN YOUR NAME WITH ALL LOWER CASE LETTERS, THAT IS
HOW IT WILL APPEAR. IF YOU TYPED IN TWO NAMES AS THE DIRECTOR ON THE REGISTRATION SCREEN, (EX.
Peter Cotton Tail/Big Bad Wolf @ Little Rabbit HS), THEN BOTH NAMES WILL APPEAR
AS THE DIRECTOR OF THE GROUP BEING ENTERED.
CHECK YOUR DIRECTOR PROFILE AND UPDATE IT IF YOU NEED TO CORRECT
YOUR NAME.

EACH DIRECTOR WHO IS TAKING A GROUP TO CONTEST MUST REGISTER UNDER THEIR OWN NAME
IN ORDER FOR THE CORRECT DIRECTOR’S NAME TO APPEAR ON THE COMMENT SHEETS & THE CONTEST PROGRAM.

REMEMBER TO MAIL YOUR COMPLETED SUMMARY SHEET TO DON ON OR BEFORE THE OFFICIAL DEADLINE.
SUMMARY SHEETS ARE PDF FORMS BELOW UNDER “UIL ENTRY FORMS/CONTEST INFORMATION”. YOU MAY ALSO NEED TO SEND A COPY
OF THE SUMMARY SHEET TO YOUR SUPERVISOR OR BUDGET OFFICE FOR CHECK REQUEST FOR FEES.
