HOW TO ENTER CONTESTS

Solo/Ensemble Contest

 * Forms 6,7,8,9 are submitted electronically via ONLINE by the entry deadline date.

 * Form 1, Contest Entry Summary and  Fees must be sent US mail "or" hand-delivered  to Bob Copeland (1811 Mossy Oak - Arlington, TX 76012) by the entry deadline date.

Concert/Sightreading Contest

 * Form 4 (Concert) and Form 5 (Sightreading) are submitted electronically via ONLINE by the entry deadline  date.

 * Form 1, Contest Entry Summary and  Fees must be sent US mail "or" hand-delivered  to Bob Copeland (1811 Mossy Oak - Arlington, TX 76012) by the entry deadline date.

(FORM 1 "MAY" be turned in to the contest  chair at the contest!  ANY CHANGES IN ELIGIBILITY WILL BE MADE WITH A ROSTER ADDENDUM AS STATED  ON THE FORM 1.)

Marching Contest

 FEES may be paid after the entry deadline, but MUST BE PAID before the performance. See Contest Entry Summary  for more information.

The CONTEST ENTRY SUMMARY and FORM 1 are found on the website homepage  and should be printed off and completed by hand.

**NOTE**

 ANY CHANGE IN THE CONCERT PROGRAM AFTER THE ENTRY  DEADLINE MUST BE IN WRITING AND MAILED VIA US MAIL TO THE CONTEST CHAIR AT LEAST 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE CONTEST DATE  AS PER THE UIL CONSTITUTION AND CONTEST RULES. TITLE, COMPOSER, AND UIL NUMBER MUST BE INCLUDED (IF APPROPRIATE).

 ANY CHANGE IN THE CONCERT PROGRAM BEFORE THE ENTRY  DEADLINE MAY BE MADE BY PHONE (817-261-5954) OR BY EMAIL TO BOB COPELAND ( bgcope1@tx.rr.com ). TITLE, COMPOSER, AND UIL NUMBER MUST BE INCLUDED!
