FORMS NEEDED
One copy- Form 1A - "COMPUTATION FORM FOR OFFICIAL FEES"
One copy- Form 1 - ORGANIZATION ROSTER FORM . A certified copy of the Organization Roster Form No. 1 listing in alphabetical order all students eligible the day of the competition must be on file with the region executive secretary or a designee prior to the time of each organization’s scheduled contest performance. Include event code

We are using the online entry procedure found at the bottom of the region webpage at: www.uilforms.net/regions/7. Please follow the instructions for entering the contest and I will print out the critique forms. You will need to print out the following:
One copy- Summer rehearsal form ( all bands)
One copy- Intent to enter area contest (only bands intending to enter area marching contest)
One copy- Video recording form
One copy- Announcer's sheet
SPECIAL REMINDERS
1. Scheduling will be done by conference from the order drawn at the fall Region meeting.
2. Schools wishing to advance to the Area Marching Contest MUST send a letter of intent with their entries. All schools must submit the summer rehearsals form.
3. Refer to page one of this handbook for additional information about entries and participation in the Region VII music contests.

Reminders.
We host a middle school/ jr. high contest along with the HS UIL contest. Please use a separate campus identity for those students. That is especially true for one director schools. You will need a separate identity for high school and middle school.
