One copy - Form 1A "COMPUTATION FORM FOR OFFICIAL FEES"
One copy - ORGANIZATION ROSTER FORM 1 -A certified copy of the Organization Roster Form listing in alphabetical
order all students eligible the day of the competition must be on file with the region executive secretary or the
designee prior to the time of each organization’s contest performance.

SPECIAL REMINDERS
1. Title of selections MUST appear on official entry forms. "To be selected" CANNOT be accepted as an official entry. Title of selections (organization events only) MAY be changed after the official deadline only in writing and postmarked or hand-delivered to the contest host no later than 7 days prior to the first day opf the event.
2. Refer to page one of this handbook for additional information about entries and participation in the Region VII music contests.

3. Any special needs concerning scheduling MUST be included with the entries. For example, if you need all of your solos or ensembles scheduled in the morning, send a WRITTEN REQUEST with your entries.
4. Region VII hosts a solo/ensemble contest for 7th and 8th grade concurrently with the UIL contest. Use the same forms, fees, deadlines, etc. for this activity, BUT DO NOT put these entries on the same forms as the high school.
